Theatre & Headshots

I regard the theatre the greatest of all art forms, the most immediate way in which a human being can share with another, the sense of what it is to be a human being. ~ Oscar Wilde

I think Mr Wilde summarises brilliantly why I love capturing anything in the creative industry, a rehearsal, a production or an actor during their headshot session. It is the creativity of the people in the room that sparks such an energy and I am always thrilled to witness it!

Headshots ~ £150

I understand the importance of a strong headshot and the necessity for it to create a powerful and lasting impression. We work together in a comfortable environment to ensure you get the best shots possible. I like to work in natural light and ask that you bring 3-6 different looks to give you some range in your images.

Sessions typically last 1 – 2 hours but there’s no time limit; we keep going until you’re happy.
You will receive 5 edited images in colour and black and white.

You will see your online unedited gallery & an edited image chosen by me within 72 hours of your shoot. Then you pick the images that you would like retouched, & you will receive these within 2 weeks of your shoot – depending on how busy I am. If you want any extra shots retouched it will be an additional £10 per image. Payment must be made either via bank transfer before the shoot or in cash on the day.

Rehearsal/Production

Production Shots

I’ll come and photograph a dress rehearsal. I’ll then send you all of the unfinished proofs where you can choose between 10 -20 for completion, which will be sent to you as digital files. This is just my standard package and it can always be tailored to your needs.

Rehearsal Shots

I work in a reportage style while shooting a rehearsal, with minimum disruption to the cast and creative team.

I’ll come to the rehearsal room and spend a good portion of that rehearsal with you in order to give you a good variety of images. Working this way allows me to capture actors and the creative team relaxing between scenes and in breaks and not just focusing on the stage. I know that many directors and marketing departments have become fond of these candid shots.
